About the RoleOmni Interactions is contracting with qualified independent contractors to provide phone and customer support services. You'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. Earnings range from $14 to $20 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound phone calls and chat/email inquiries, providing assistance and resolving customer issues.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in customer service.
- Proficiency in using technology.
