• Bootstrapped and profitable, revenue is the strategy; we start early and use AI to move fast.
• No task is above or beneath anyone; speed over polish, results over activity.

• Writing above all; you will sound like a sharp person, not a template.
• Organized to a fault, comfortable with a daily number, and eager to automate your own work.
• Ideally 1-3 years as SDR, recruiting coordinator, or operations associate; fluent English.
