Sys Tech Care  Support is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Order Tracking Support representative to join our customer service team. • Track and monitor customer orders from placement to delivery.

• Provide timely updates and resolution to customers regarding order delays or issues.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order history.

• Identify recurring issues and report them to the management team for process improvement.
