- Handle inbound customer calls and address queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information related to orders, deliveries, payments, and app usage
- Resolve customer concerns effectively while ensuring a positive experience
- Follow defined SOPs and quality standards during all interactions
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and resolution time
- Adhere to assigned shift schedules and organizational policies
- Stay updated with process knowledge, tools, and system updates
- Ensure confidentiality and security of customer data at all times
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome)
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English understanding
- Good listening skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively
- Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (Afternoon/Evening/Night)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure situations
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate systems efficiently
- Self-disciplined and responsible while working from home
- Must have a personal laptop/desktop with stable internet and power backup
- Immediate joiners preferred
