Customer Service Representative

Target – Alaska, USA

$20–$30 per hour

• Operate income and buy orders and warehouse transfer entries: invoicing, credit memo invoicing, inventory adjustments, receiving, daily sales signup updates, month‑end closing and customer support tasks.
• Prepare bid proposals and other documents as required.
• Generate transport orders and invoices for mailing, and manage back‑orders.
• Enter accurate client information into the computer system.
• Troubleshoot product and order questions using stock and distribution control software.
• Screen billings for accuracy, resolve discrepancies and confirm product details with colleagues.
• Review discrepancies and debit memos to issue correct credit/debit entries to customers.
• Reconcile inventory and reconcile daily and monthly close entries.
• Complete other assigned responsibilities as needed.

• High school diploma or GED; higher education preferred.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Clear and pleasant telephone voice; able to convey information confidently.
• Strong multitasking abilities and good numerical accuracy.
• Remain calm under stress and assist teammates.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Business and time‑management skills.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday and Saturdays as required.
