Job Title:
Customer Feedback Interviewer
Monthly Pay: $5,400 - $5,900 USD per month
Summary:Join a fully remote, Washington-based contract role supporting marketing and customer-facing teams. You will conduct structured conversations with customers, capture verbatim feedback, and help convert survey responses into useful insight for service and product programs.
Job Responsibilities:- Conduct phone and online customer interviews using approved discussion guides.
- Ask neutral follow-up questions to clarify experiences, preferences, and concerns.
- Record accurate interview notes, response codes, and participant feedback in research platforms.
- Protect participant privacy and follow consent and confidentiality procedures.
- Flag recurring themes, unmet needs, and notable comments for research leads.
- Coordinate interview availability and confirm completed sessions with project contacts.
- Interest in market research, consumer insights, or voice-of-customer programs.
- Comfortable conducting structured interviews and building rapport with participants.
- Familiarity with surveys, questionnaires, or feedback collection is helpful.
- Able to follow interview scripts while recognizing useful follow-up opportunities.
- Clear written skills for documenting customer statements and research observations.
- Fully remote work within Washington.
- Flexible scheduling within assigned interview windows.
- Exposure to marketing research and customer insight projects.
