BCBST Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Dental Customer Service Trainee to handle member inquiries by phone, email, and chat while delivering timely, accurate resolutions. You will use enterprise tools and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
The role requires 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work independently. Training starts December 7th for 22 weeks with a 8:00 a.m.–4:45 p.m.
