Overview: We’re looking for a client-obsessed Customer Success Manager to build and nurture long-term relationships with our clients. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact post-sale, ensuring successful onboarding, service delivery, and retention. Your role is central to driving client satisfaction and expanding client engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Lead onboarding and implementation of services
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams
- Monitor client performance metrics and conduct periodic check-ins
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and support renewals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in accounting, consulting, or professional services preferred
- Self-motivated and highly organized with a customer-first mindset
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
