As a Member Experience Representative, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience by arranging non-emergency medical transportation. Each interaction matters to us, and you have the opportunity to make a positive impact.
- Receive inbound calls and make outbound service calls, assess the customer’s transportation needs, and assist appropriately
- Interact with clients, transportation providers, and other customers via phone and software applications (Data entry required)
- Deliver a simple customer experience with every interaction
- Trouble-shoot and problem solve situations that may be outside standard procedures
- Become a knowledge expert
Shifts:
We are currently hiring for all shifts. Full-time and Part-time available. Preference will be given to those who are available for early mornings, evenings and weekends.

- Basic software and web knowledge, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
