Nantahala Outdoor Center is seeking a Call Center Reservationist for the 2026 season. This remote-eligible, full-time role involves guiding guests to the best outdoor adventures via phone, chat, and email, and supporting reservations for lodging and activities.
Ideal candidates demonstrate strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn. Occasional weekend and 30–40 hour weeks are expected, with possible remote work for eligible areas.
