Position: Customer Assistance Representative

Location: Sacramento, USA

Hours: 8 per week

Pay: $20 per hour

Qualification: Graduation (High school or equivalent)

• Greet customers at the airport and at ticket stations.
• Review ticket area to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with kiosk bag handling (e.g., shipping, receipts).
• Maintain and troubleshoot kiosk machines.
• Collaborate with kiosk technology team to resolve issues.
• Document and resolve customer problems using the application system.
• Monitor and clean travel documents (passports) and other related items.
• Help customers search for and retrieve bags, assist with credit card transactions, and verify documentation.
• Answer customer queries regarding baggage allowances and other services.
• Confirm and authorize documentation and kiosk usage per regulations.
• Provide guidance and instructions to customers on board procedures.
• Follow government regulations (FAA, TSA) and company policies.
• Report incidents and assist with operational tasks as required.
• Assist with cargo/customer workload at bus stations.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good communication skills and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to use company systems and software.
• Basic knowledge of airport regulations and procedures.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
