As a Virtual Receptionist, you are the first person callers reach when they contact the businesses we serve. You answer calls warmly and professionally, take accurate messages, book appointments and route urgent issues — following each client's custom script.

No prior call experience is needed. Full training is provided, and you'll be part of a supportive, U.S.

-based team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role.

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, following client scripts
• Take accurate messages and capture caller details
• Book appointments and route urgent calls per escalation rules
• Log every interaction accurately in our systems
• Deliver a warm, human experience on every call

• Excellent verbal communication and a friendly phone presence
• Strong typing and the ability to multitask while talking
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
• Comfort learning new software quickly

• Prior call center, reception or customer service experience
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Experience with CRMs or scheduling tools
