MCI is seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) customer support agents for remote, on-demand coverage during data breach events. The role is temporary and activates based on business needs, with shifts 8:00 AM–10:00 PM Mon–Fri and 10:00 AM–7:00 PM weekends.
You will handle inquiries compassionately and use our systems to resolve issues. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude while assisting
