Over de vacature:

As a German-speaking Customer Care Representative, you are the first point of contact for customers and play an important role in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate pricing, and clear communication. You work closely with colleagues both nationally and internationally to keep processes running as efficiently as possible.

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with a combination of working from the office and from home. You will join an international environment where there is plenty of room for training, personal development, and career growth. Your day starts by checking incoming customer inquiries and orders. You coordinate with colleagues from different departments regarding ongoing projects and handle customer requests, quotations, and complaints. Throughout the day, you are in regular contact with customers, identify your needs, provide suitable solutions, and make sure everything is accurately recorded in the system. You also monitor deliveries and follow up where necessary to ensure every process is completed successfully.

Wat wij vragen:

• Completed mbo-level or higher education
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar customer-oriented role
• Excellent command of the German and English language, both written and spoken
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Proactive and solution-oriented work attitude
