We're looking for organized, detail-focused individuals to help coordinate travel-related logistics, reservations, schedules, and client information in a remote environment.
As a Remote Travel Logistics Associate
, you'll help keep trip details accurate, track confirmations, organize timing, and assist with changes as plans develop.
Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Do- Coordinate reservation and confirmation details
- Organize transportation, accommodation, and activity information
- Track schedules, timing, and important updates
- Follow up on pending items
- Assist with changes or adjustments
- Maintain accurate client records
- Research options when needed
- Help keep planning details organized from start to finish
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Reliable follow-through

- Familiarity with email and online systems

Experience in customer service, logistics, scheduling, hospitality, reservations, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
