Travel Specialist

We are seeking a Travel Specialist to assist clients with researching, organizing, and coordinating travel arrangements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and learning about destinations and travel services.

The Travel Specialist will help clients navigate the planning process by researching travel options, organizing trip details, coordinating reservations, and providing ongoing assistance throughout the planning experience.

• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and travel experiences
• Assist clients with selecting travel options based on their preferences and needs
• Organize trip information and itinerary details
• Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements
• Communicate with clients regarding travel plans, updates, and requests
• Assist with changes, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information
• Provide professional and responsive customer service
• Stay informed about destinations, travel products, and industry updates

• Strong communication and organizational skills
