Client Booking & Support Specialist - Remote

We are recruiting remote Client Support & Booking Specialists to assist travelers throughout the research and reservation process.

• Respond to client questions and requests
• Gather information about client needs and preferences
• Research appropriate travel options
• Assist clients in comparing available choices
• Coordinate booking and reservation information
• Maintain accurate client records
• Provide professional follow-up and support
• Help resolve routine questions or reservation concerns
• Continue developing product knowledge through training

• Applicants must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or Latin America.

Customer service, hospitality, retail, education, administrative support, call centers, event planning, sales, or other client-facing industries.

Travel experience is not a requirement
