SKYGEN is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish to support Dental and Health insurance callers, assisting with eligibility, benefits, claims, and finding providers while delivering empathetic, solution-focused service.
You will receive paid training, enjoy health benefits and a 401(k), and have opportunities for career growth in a supportive environment. Training runs 8:00 am–4:30 pm CST for 90 days, with daily shifts from 7:00 am to 10:30 am CST after ramp-up.
