Premier NX is seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative to support consumers remotely. You will respond by phone, text, chat, and written inquiries, upholding client service levels and compliance.
In this high-volume environment, you will troubleshoot product issues, provide accurate information, and document each case for timely follow-up. Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving are essential, as is the ability to work independently with a reliable home
