In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact—from the initial request through follow-up—ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Assist clients with reservations, service requests, changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding services, processes, and company policies
- Coordinate reservation details and confirm requests to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a positive overall experience
- Address client questions or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience (service or support-related experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology and digital communication tools
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently
