The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the customer experience for a set of accounts after they buy. You will lead onboarding, drive adoption, keep an eye on account health, manage escalations, and make sure every renewal is ready well before it is due.

You will work closely with our Account Managers, License Support, Renewals, and Services teams, and with Siemens technical support when needed.

• Onboard new customers and new teams so they are productive fast
• Track usage and help customers put every license to work
• Keep health scores current and act quickly when an account is at risk
• Be the go-to contact when something is not working, and see it through to resolution
• Get renewals ready early with the Account Manager
• Lead business reviews that show customers the value they are getting
• Spot growth opportunities and pass them to the Account Manager

• 3 or more years in customer success, account management, technical support, or implementation for B2B software
• Experience working with technical or engineering software users
• Strong organization and follow-through across many accounts
• Clear, calm communication, including when the news is not good
• U.S. Person status as defined under ITAR, required for our customer environments

Experience with Siemens software like NX, Simcenter, or Teamcenter, hands-on CAD or PLM experience, and a background in aerospace, defense, or energy.

You will have backup. Our engineers, Solution Architects, and licensing specialists are right there with you.

You will help shape the playbook. We are building our customer success practice now, and your ideas will be part of it.
