Remote ACA Client Success Manager
Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking an ACA Client Manager to drive service excellence for Benefitfocus/Tango Health clients. The role emphasizes post-implementation support, accurate documentation, and strong communication with core client IT, HR, and Payroll teams.
The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, 3+ years in customer service, and solid knowledge of ACA requirements, data reporting, and regulatory changes. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
