This full-time role as a Virtual Client Registration Assistant involves various shift schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will support Fonemed's healthcare services, assisting patients with inquiries related to health issues and effectively registering them to receive timely care. Your attentive listening and strong customer service skills will help create a positive experience for callers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for medical calls

• Accurately register patient details in our software

• Book and confirm appointments with clinicians

• Conduct follow-up on customer feedback surveys

• Troubleshoot minor technical issues for patients

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Previous customer service or call center experience

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage stressful situations and upset patients

• Clear criminal background check needed
