GDIT is seeking a Full-Time Customer Support Professional to join our team in Bossier City, LA. The role focuses on handling inbound calls, chats, and messages while delivering accurate information and solutions in a fast-paced contact center environment.
Training is provided onsite with potential for future remote work. Candidates must be US citizens with a high school diploma or GED and be able to work a full-time M-F schedule between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm CST.
