Customer Service Manager EMEA; remote

Als Customer Service Manager EMEA bij Inotiv ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse beheer van de Customer Service-activiteiten binnen de EMEA-regio. Je geeft leiding aan een team van customer service-medewerkers en bent verantwoordelijk voor de verdeling van werkzaamheden, prestatiemanagement en de operationele uitvoering. Dit internationale team beheert onder andere het opstellen van offertes, orderverwerking, servicecoördinatie, klantcommunicatie en het oplossen van klantvraagstukken.

Samen werken jullie nauw samen met Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistiek, Finance en andere afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat klantafspraken en servicenormen consequent worden nagekomen.

Als onderdeel van deze functie ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse contact met huurders op onze locatie Hillcrest UK. Je zorgt ervoor dat hun wensen en behoeften worden begrepen, eventuele serviceproblemen worden opgelost en dat de juiste interne ondersteuning wordt ingezet.

Dit is een remote functie met incidentele reizen naar onze activiteiten op de locatie Horst (Limburg).

Een startsalaris van € 5.562 bruto per maand.
