Job description
We are looking for motivated and professional bilingual (Arabic and English) Call Center Agents to join a short-term outbound survey project. This is a fully remote position, and you may work from anywhere in the world, provided you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
Position Details- Duration: 1-2 months
- Location:
Remote (work from anywhere) - Working Hours:
8am to 5pm Dubai Time (GST), including a one-hour lunch break - Schedule:
Monday to Friday
- Conduct outbound calls to organizations using a provided contact list.
- Introduce the survey professionally.
- Guide respondents through the survey.
- Record and submit completed survey responses accurately.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and persuasive approach throughout all interactions.
- Follow project guidelines and quality standards.
Basic salary: ranges from $350 to $650 per month depending on experience. Plusuncapped performance bonus (paid in USD); the more quality survey responses you complete, the more you earn.
SkillsRequirements
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, telemarketing, or survey interviewing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset.
- Quiet working environment.
- Ability to work independently
