Aveni is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of UK client accounts post-sale, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring value delivery at scale across thousands of advisers.
You will partner with Enablement and Implementation teams to drive adoption of Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect, run structured performance reviews, and identify expansion opportunities within client organizations while travelling to client sites across the UK as needed.
