Microworks is seeking a Junior Service Advisor for a part-time position that offers remote work, approximately three days a week, including weekends and one weekday. Ideal candidates have practical trade knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving. This role is a stepping stone, with plans to transition into full-time hours next year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls to assess needs

• Schedule technicians based on customer requirements

• Handle follow-up communications and inquiries

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

• Train under the mentorship of our Service Advisor

Requirements:

• Hands-on trade experience or estimating in the trades

• Phone sales or customer service experience

• Strong communication skills in fluent English

• Available weekends and one weekday from 8:30am to 5pm

• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
