• Handle incoming client inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Resolve client issues related to products or services, documenting actions taken in the CRM.
• Educate clients on product features and best practices to maximize their satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Gather client feedback and communicate insights to the product and operations teams.

• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
