Customer Success Engineer Americas​/Remote

Sellrbox is growing rapidly, and our clients depend on us to manage their Amazon operations and power their advertising with our AI tools. We need someone who can bridge the gap between technical support and client success to help our users thrive.

As a Customer Success Engineer, you'll be the go-to person for our highest-value accounts. You'll troubleshoot platform issues, guide clients through onboarding onto Astra, and ensure they get maximum value from our full suite of e-commerce tools.

This role is ideal for someone who loves solving technical problems and building relationships in equal measure. This role is remote based in the Americas Time Zones.

Own the post-sale technical relationship with our highest-value accounts, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing adoption of our AI tools

Debug complex marketplace issues spanning advertising campaign performance to inventory sync problems, becoming the expert our clients rely on

Build and maintain client resources including onboarding guides, best practices playbooks, and troubleshooting documentation

Identify expansion opportunities by deeply understanding how clients use the platform and where they could benefit from additional services or tools

Advocate for clients internally translating client needs into actionable product feedback for the engineering and operations teams

Develop scalable success processes and help build the playbooks that define how we support clients as we grow

You're deeply technical. You've worked with APIs, advertising platforms, or marketplace integrations. You can look at campaign data and know what's going wrong.

You're empathetic and patient. You enjoy helping people solve problems. You can explain complex technical concepts to both developers and non-technical brand owners.

You're proactive. You don't wait for clients to reach out with problems. You identify risks early and address them before they escalat​e.

You love learning. Amazon's ecosystem is deep and constantly evolving. You're excited to become an expert in marketplace dynamics and seller tools.

You communicate exceptionally. Written and verbal. You can draft a clear performance report or lead a client call with equal skill.

You thrive in ambiguity. We're building this function from the ground up. You're comfortable creating structure where none exists.
