Details for Order Entry Specialist Position:

• $16 / Hour
• Shift Schedule will be Monday - Friday 9am–6pm or 10am-7pm with rotating Saturday shifts.

• Receive and key orders from Door-to-Door sales agents via email into CRM/Billing system
• Communicate order status and changes to customers and sales agents
• Reschedule missed installations from Door-to-Door sales
• Assist with after-hours E-Commerce orders
• Follow all policies and procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be local to Tri-Cities
• Strong knowledge of Internet products and services
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to multitask
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Effective time management
• Able to communicate clearly with internal and external customers
• Flexible with ability to work beyond normal business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to sit for duration of shift
