The consultant provides attentive service from the initial inquiry through pre-departure preparation.

• Gather client preferences and research suitable vacation options
• Help arrange hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and vacation packages
• Provide quotes and explain booking terms and payment deadlines
• Organize reservation confirmations and client information
• Assist with travel changes through the appropriate suppliers
• Grow client relationships through marketing and consistent follow-up
