As a
Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative
, you’ll connect with clients virtually and provide professional guidance throughout their benefits experience.

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Respond to questions regarding available benefits and coverage
• Listen to each client's needs and provide clear, personalized guidance
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Assist clients through applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing policy and account support
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates
• Follow up with clients to ensure continued service and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

This position combines
customer service, client education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales

Client appointments, training, team meetings, and professional development are conducted virtually, eliminating the daily commute.
