The American Red Cross is seeking a Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agent to support the Training Services Team. This remote role is open to candidates across the United States and centers on bilingual English/Spanish communication and delivering outstanding customer service.
Primary duties include answering inbound calls and emails, updating records, achieving call-handling targets, and guiding volunteers. Work 4–5 days weekly with shifts in the afternoon/evening ET.
