The Role
We are seeking a professional and people-focused Client Success Specialist to help create positive experiences for clients from their initial interaction through ongoing relationship development.
Training and guidance will be provided.
Responsibilities- Communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients
- Respond to client questions and inquiries
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate information
- Follow up with clients and prospects in a timely manner
- Help coordinate consultations, appointments, and next steps
- Maintain accurate client records
- Build strong and professional client relationships
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience
- Escalate questions or concerns when appropriate
- Participate in team meetings, training, and development activities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented approach
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable working remotely
- Able to communicate effectively through phone, email, and online platforms
- Previous customer service, client success, sales, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
