GTSC is hiring experienced online call center customer service representatives to support the Veterans Experience Office at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
This is a 100% virtual position with the requirement to be within a 60‑minute drive of a VA facility for training and occasional visits. You will help Veterans by guiding them to the right resources, not solving every problem yourself, and you will be trained thoroughly.
