Our client is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Customer Support Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting customers nationwide from their operational hub in Centurion . You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries via phone, email, and chat. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions in a virtual setting.
You will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and retention, embodying the company's commitment to service excellence from the comfort of your own home.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, providing clear and concise solutions.
