The Role Assort Health is changing how healthcare organizations connect patients with care through AI. We’re hiring a Principal Agent Strategist to lead our largest and most important customer partnerships.

You’ll work directly with C-suite and operating leaders, own complex relationships from launch through expansion, and help customers turn ambitious goals into measurable results. You’ll coordinate teams across Assort, navigate high-stakes decisions, and ensure each partnership delivers lasting value.

This is a senior individual contributor role with meaningful influence across the company. You’ll help shape our product, mentor other Agent Strategists, and define how the function scales.
