Remote Retail E-commerce Assistant

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote E-commerce Assistant to support their online retail operations. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home anywhere in South Africa . You will assist with various e-commerce tasks, including product listing management, order processing, customer support, and website maintenance. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and eager to contribute to the growth of an online retail business, working effectively within a virtual team structure.

• Assist with uploading and updating product listings on the e-commerce website, ensuring accuracy of descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Process online orders, manage shipping logistics, and track order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor website performance and identify any technical issues or user experience problems.
• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content to promote products and engage customers.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the e-commerce team.

• Previous experience in e-commerce, administration, or a customer service role is beneficial.
