Deliver outstanding guest support as a Customer Service Agent with Cloud5 Communications, fully remote from New Brunswick or Alberta. Engage with customers, enhance their stays, and manage bookings effectively.

This full-time role requires an individual skilled in communication, problem-solving, and sales. As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries, assisting with hotel reservations, and identifying opportunities to enhance guest experiences. You will play a vital role in supporting the hospitality industry through your service expertise and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve guest inquiries through phone, email, or chat

• Provide accurate information about hotel properties and services

• Assist guests in booking, modifying, and canceling reservations

• Identify up-selling opportunities for room upgrades and promotions

• Maintain thorough documentation of guest interactions
