What you’ll do

You’ll be the person customers count on when they need help.

You will:

• Support customers in English and French with empathy and confidence
• Coordinate roadside assistance, including towing, tire changes, fuel delivery etc.
• Listen, solve problems, and find solutions for each situation
• Deliver a positive customer experience while balancing quality and efficiency
• Learn new programs, build your skills, and contribute to continuous improvements

What you bring

• Strong bilingual communication in both English & French and listening skills
• Calm, empathetic approach to helping people
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, contact centre or related experience is an asset

Along with our regular daytime and evening opportunities, we're hiring a limited number of people for our dedicated overnight team
.

Overnight opportunities offer:

• Consistent 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift with two set days off
• Higher overnight compensation
• Dedicated remote work opportunity, with occasional on-site training as required
• Set schedules with no shift bidding
• Opportunities to learn additional programs and expand your skills
