In this fully remote position, you will assist clients by handling inbound calls and managing their requests effectively. Your responsibilities will include distributing benefit materials, analyzing needs, and working closely with management on new offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and confirm eligibility

• Handle incoming customer service inquiries efficiently

• Dispatch calls to appropriate personnel when needed

• Create and clarify individualized policies through our Needs Analysis system

• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on offerings

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and self-driven attitude

• Strong communication skills for client interactions

• Ability to learn and adapt to new information

• Prior experience in customer service preferred

• Willingness to work from home full-time
