Bilingual Member Experience Representative Remote

This remote position in Canada requires fluency in English and French, with a focus on delivering accurate, effective, and timely responses. You'll work under the guidance of the Supervisor in the Member Experience Contact Centre, utilizing strong product knowledge and critical thinking skills to resolve member and client inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound inquiries in English and French

• Apply critical thinking to resolve member concerns

• Document all interactions clearly and accurately

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred

• Contact centre experience is a plus
