Whizz is seeking a Virtual Customer Service Representative fluent in Hindi or Punjabi, alongside strong English skills. In this remote role, you will guide new customers in selecting bikes and services while assisting existing customers with subscriptions and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist new customers in choosing bikes and accessories

• Guide users through account setup and payment processes

• Troubleshoot issues remotely with existing customers

Requirements:

• Fluent in Hindi or Punjabi and English (C1-C2)

• 2+ years in customer support or sales roles
