As a vital part of Graymont, located anywhere in AB, BC, MN, UT, WA, or WI, you will guide your team of Customer Service Representatives toward achieving operational excellence and high-quality service. Responsibilities include tackling complex customer issues and implementing performance metrics to ensure alignment with service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop a team for enhanced service excellence

• Monitor team performance against established KPIs

• Support the implementation of effective service processes

• Coordinate customer order management and dispatch

• Collaborate with internal departments for issue resolution

Requirements:

• Background of 5-7 years in Customer Service

• Expertise in JDE Order Management and related software

• Strong mentoring and team building skills

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
