LifeMD, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Representative to be the face of our Virtual Patient Care platform, ensuring an excellent patient experience by answering questions and coordinating with clinicians.
Requirements include 2+ years in call center or patient coordination, 2+ years of remote work, ability to handle confidential information, and weekend 12-hour shifts (Sat/Sun 8a–8p EST). Pay is $22.50/hour with a Retirement Plan (401k, Roth 401k).
