SHI is seeking a reliable Dispatcher to join our Modern Workplace Services (MWS) team in a remote, work-from-home capacity. The role supports a 24/7 operation, receiving service requests, creating tickets, and dispatching Field Service Technicians for IT and point-of-sale hardware repairs.
In this role you will communicate with SHI staff and customers via telephone, Microsoft Teams, and email to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
