About the RoleThis is an administrative and community-facing support role for a growing travel and community brand. You'll be the day-to-day owner of customer support, trip logistics, and community engagement, freeing the founder up to focus on trip design, partnerships, and growth rather than getting pulled into every inbox message or community post.
The person who succeeds here brings warmth and structure in equal measure. You'll build trust with a values-driven membership base, keep bookings and payments on track without anything falling through the cracks, and take ownership of recurring operational work without needing to be chased.
About Your ClientOur client creates women-only outdoor and travel experiences for Muslim women around the world. Through thoughtfully designed group trips and a growing virtual membership community, they help women explore new places, build meaningful friendships, and feel a sense of belonging in the outdoors.
