Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Position: Enterprise Customer Success Manager (18 month contract)
Certn is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for an 18-month contract. The company is remote-first, and the role supports enterprise customers and complex integrations.
Responsibilities   Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction, onboarding, retention, and revenue growth.
Advocate for customers and provide strategic recommendations informed by industry trends.
Analyze customer performance metrics and report insights and improvement opportunities to internal stakeholders.
Identify churn risks and cross-sell and upsell opportunities; partner with Sales and Marketing on customer expansion.
Collaborate across departments and guide junior team members.
Qualifications   Experience advocating for customers at the executive level.
A track record of driving customer growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
Experience collaborating across departments and working with SaaS products in the technology industry.
Data analytics, strategic recommendation, and customer success or support experience are assets.
A college or university degree, or equivalent work experience, is an asset.
Compensation and benefits  $68,000–$85,000 per year. Benefits include 32 days of paid time off, company-paid benefits from day one, a work-from-home allowance, and a professional development budget.
