This hybrid position demands empathy and motivation to support customers through the claims journey by conducting investigations and educating them on the process. Your ability to navigate both digital platforms and in-person interactions will ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the property claims process

• Resolve complaints for positive customer outcomes

• Educate on industry regulations and best practices

• Coach colleagues to improve claims handling

• Participate in ongoing training and special projects

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Property Claims Adjusting experience

• 1-3 years in a call center environment

• Excellent communication skills, bilingualism an asset

• Ability to work autonomously in digital settings

• Familiarity with customer financial fairness principles
